Private Venue Rental


You can rent The Foundation on weeknight evenings (2 hours). Events must start after 7 pm and be completed by 11 pm. The rental fee is $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. (Monday - Thursday)

The Foundation can also be rented hourly during certain day hours on the weekends on a case-by-case request (4 hours minimum). Events can begin at 9 am and must be cleared & cleaned by 11:30 pm. The rental fee is $250/hour.

A security deposit of $250 is required to reserve your date, which will be returned no more than 7 business days after your event (pending no damages). The total balance is due at least 30 days before the event day.
